Tony Shen is a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer of HH Fund. His experience spans business development, operations, marketing and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, graduate degrees from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Gary Chen is a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of HH Fund. He leads the firm’s investment strategy, acquisition opportunities and investment oversight, drawing on experience in international real estate and capital relationships. He holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from Johns Hopkins University and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern.
